PNLE Performance: Average. Despite UI's derided reputation as the so-called "dumpsite" of flunkers from the five other schools in this list, its PNLE passing percentage isn't that bad--but not that consistent as well. Recently, UI has produced some national top-ten placers.

Trivia: Founded in 1947, UI is owned by the wealthy Lopez clan that also owns local broadcast giant ABS-CBN, with former Iloilo congressional representative Albertito Lopez as its incumbent president.
